| 为应对英国经济的绿色转型，英国政府筹建了绿色投资银行（GIB）。本文回顾了英国绿色投资银行组建的历程与任务，分析其在投资优先领域选择和投资杠杆效应方面的突出经验，最后得出英国绿色投资银行对中国构建绿色金融体系的启示。 |

| In response to the green transition of the UK economy, the UK Green Investment Bank (UK GIB)was created to invest in green projects. This paper reviews the history and tasks of the formation of the UK GIB, analyzes its outstanding experience in investment priority choice and investment leverage effect, and finally gets the enlightenment from the UK GIB for establishing China’s green financial system. |
