| 人工智能技术在机器人、语言翻译、图像识别等领域已经获得了广泛的应用，正不断融入现代生活，并将逐步改变社会形态及产业发展模式。综观各发达国家和地区的实践，其均在积极应对以迎接智能时代的到来，竞相将人工智能推向国家战略层面。本文分析了当前美国、日本和欧洲国家近期的新举措，并讨论了我国的应对措施。 |

| Artificial intelligence (AI) is being widely applied in the fields of robot, machine translation, image recognition and so on. It is integrated into modern life, and will change society and industry fundamentally. Active actions have been taken in developed countries and regions to meet the requirements of AI future. AI has been put to national strategic level in more and more countries. This paper reviews recent actions in AI field taken by governments of the United States, Japan and European countries, and discusses the responding measures of China. |
