| 当前世界经济复苏仍面临诸多的不确定因素，创新成为这一背景下唯一的生存战略。2013 年，
韩国政府提出“创造经济”发展理念，按照“政府+ 大企业，为创业企业提供创新经济环境的模式”设立创造经济革新中心，旨在打造第二个“汉江奇迹”。韩国这一创新模式对正处在向创新驱动转变关键时期的江苏而言，具有重要的借鉴意义。 |

| Innovation is the only survival strategy in the world with economic instability and uncertainty.Aiming to create a second “Hanjiang Miracle”, the South Korean government proposed “Creative Economy”in 2013, and then set up Creative Economic Innovation Center, in accordance with the model of “government +enterprises, providing the innovation economy envrionment for enterprises”. South Korea’s innovation model has
important referencevalue for Jiangsu province, which is in the key period of transformation. |
