| 高端创新是奠定一国未来经济可持续增长的关键。英国政府转变创新治理方式，推进弹射创新中心网络建设，并将其视为未来英国国家创新战略实施的核心要素。本文研究分析英国弹射创新中心建设背景、治理机制以及绩效管理体系；总结相关发展经验，为中国政府增强科技供给、促进高端创新发展、统筹推进国家创新基地优化整合、建立适应国家创新战略目标需要的创新治理机制提供借鉴。 |

| High-end innovation is the key to drive the future sustainable economic growth. On that premise, British government has established a world-class network of Catapult Centres to transform the UK’s capability for innovation, and regarded it as the core element of the implementation of UK’s national strategies for innovation in the future. This paper analyzes the innovation background, the governance mechanism and performance management system of UK Catapult centres. The review of the relevant developmental experience provides Chinese government with important insights into enhancing the supply of science and technology, promoting the development of high-end innovation, optimizing the integration of the national innovation platforms, as well as establishing innovative governance mechanism to meet the strategic objectives of China’s national strategies for innovation. |
