| 近年来，中国对美国高技术投资增加迅速，中美基于投资的创新合作面临着历史性机遇，但同时也面临着美国政策环境的一系列挑战。本文从中国对美国高技术投资的发展形势出发，重点分析了美国对来自中国的高技术投资的监管环境以及政策走向，对中国在美高技术投资的未来发展提出了相关政策建议，如扩大在美本地研发活动、重视前端创新、加强知识产权保护等。 |

| In recent years, the Chinese high-tech investment in the U.S. keeps a fast increasing momentum. The China-U.S investment-based innovation cooperation faces opportunities yet is also confronted with challenges. This paper analyzes the U.S. regulatory environment for high-tech investment from China and its developing trend based on the current situation, and puts forwards several policy recommendations regarding the future of China's high-tech investment in US, such as enhancing local R&D activities, emphasizing front-end innovation and enforcing IPR protection. |
