| 本文从雄安新区关于创新驱动引领区的内涵和功能分析出发，分析雄安新区在创新驱动方面至少包含6大要素构成，并分析提出雄安新区在科技创新、经济增长、模式探索、城市建设4个方面的创新引领作用。通过对国外典型创新城区进行类比分析，总结出创新城区发展中的一些共性规律和不足，并提出了雄安新区建设的相关建议。 |

| Based on the analysis of the connotation and function of innovation driven leading zone in Xiong'an New District, this paper analyzes the six major elements about innovation-driven, and puts forward four functions of Xiong'an, include scientific and technological innovation, economic growth, model exploration and urban construction. Through the analogy analysis of the typical urban areas in foreign countries, this paper summarizes some common regularities and deficiencies in development of innovation driven urban areas, and puts forward some suggestions on the construction of Xiong'an New District. |
