| This paper analyzes the main advantages and major challenges faced by British science and innovation, and focuses on the study of a series of strategic plans and major initiatives for 2030 launched by the UK government which are aimed at maintaining its status as a strong country in science and innovation under the background of Brexit. And then it puts forward relevant suggestions on seizing the opportunities to strengthen China-UK science and innovation cooperation. |
