| 以色列奖励机制成功融入其国家创新战略，在其创新崛起过程中发挥了重要作用。本文总结了以色列设立主要奖励的经验和做法，以及重要作用。以色列通过设立以色列国家奖，表彰了各界杰出贡献者；发起沃尔夫奖、哈维奖、大卫奖等国际大奖，提升了以色列国际创新地位；设立“创世奖”，增强了全球犹太民族认同感；设立脑技术奖、可替代能源创新研究总理奖等领域奖，加强了重点领域创新。当前，我国正在加快建设世界科技强国，奖励机制作为健全国家创新体系、深入参与全球科技创新治理的重要手段，以色列经验可为我国提供借鉴。 |

| The prize mechanism of Israel, which is integrated into the national innovation strategy, plays an important role in the process of the innovation rising. The paper describes experience of the major prizes of Israel and their important effects on innovation. By establishing the international prizes, such as Wolf prize, Harvey Prize, Dan David Prize, the international position of Israel on innovation has been enhanced. By establishing Genesis Prize, the global Jewish identity has been improved. By establishing the Brain Technology Prize and Prime Minister Prize for Innovation in Alternative Fuels for Transportation, the important fields on innovation have been strengthened. Today, China is accelerating the construction of the world scientific and technological strong nation. The Israeli experience of the prizes could provide reference for China to deepen the participation of the global innovation Governance and to integrate into the international innovation network. |
