| The paper introduces the development history of South Korea’s Future Growth Engine Plan, summarizes its three main characteristics: Firstly, it reflects the national goal, emphasizing national orientation; secondly, it is an innovation plan, closely integrating technical goals with socio-economic goals; thirdly, the selected areas are not static but constantly adjusted and optimized with the international situations and national needs. The paper also analyzes the resource allocation and policy support provided by the Korean government for the Future Growth Engine Plan, such as supporting projects, fiscal and finance, regulation, enterprise, and talents. These Characteristic and measures have important reference value to “Made in China 2025”. |
