| The Global Innovation Index, jointly published by the World Intellectual Property Organization, Cornell University, and the European Business School, is one of the major international reports evaluating the innovation capability of the economy. Based on the latest 2018 annual report, this paper analyzes the main conclusions of the report and the characteristics of the indicator system, and studies the advantages and disadvantages of China's innovation reflected in the report, and puts forward suggestions on the key points of China's next step to enhance its innovation capability. |
