| 创业投资在国家创新体系建设中扮演着重要角色，成为助推高技术企业发展的重要动力。本文结合科技部第16次全国创投专项调查数据，分析了2017年我国创业投资行业发展的新态势，调查了行业发展的景气；同时，结合相关调研情况，针对如何克服行业面临的发展障碍提出了初步建议。 |

| Venture capital plays an important role in the construction of national innovation system and becomes an important driving force to promote the development of high-tech enterprises. Based on the data of the 16th National Venture Capital Survey conducted by the Ministry of Science and Technology, this paper analyzes the new situation of the development of China’s venture capital industry in 2017, investigates the prosperity of the industry, and puts forward some preliminary suggestions on how to overcome the obstacles faced by the industry. |
