| American National Institutes of Health (NIH) is a professional agency responsible for medical science and technology program management in the U.S. By studying NIH project and performance management policies and process, this paper explores how to improve and standardize management policies and regulations of China's science and technology research program, and provides suggestions for the construction of a credit system, the improvement professional management and informationization level of management so as to push forward the reform of China's science and technology program management system, including construction of science and technology program management agency. |
