| 沿海、湾区和城市群三种要素促进湾区经济成为开放经济中的最高形态。粤港澳大湾区经济实力雄厚，创新主体高度集聚，产业体系完备，环境开放包容，具备了打造创新生态系统的现实基础。因此文章提出依托湾区城市群建设全球科技创新中心、串起多核联动的粤港澳大湾区创新生态系统，打造“广州-深圳-香港-澳门”多核联动的创新走廊，建立起能链接全球、影响全球的跨国研发与创新机构，进而推动粤港澳三地共同建设创新要素充分流动、现代产业高端集聚、创新创业生态完善、全球开放链接活跃的“世界一流创新大湾区”。 |

| Bay area economy has become the high-end form of open economy because it is involved with three key elements: coastal, bay and urban agglomeration. The Great Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao has got strong economic strength, high concentration of innovative subjects, complete industrial system, open and inclusive environment, and has a realistic basis to build an innovative ecosystem. Therefore, the article proposes to based on bay area urban agglomeration and multi-core linkages of innovative ecosystem, building a global scientific and technological innovation center in the Great Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, create a multi-core linkage innovation corridor of “Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong-Macau” and establish a multinational R&D and innovation organization that links globally The construction of the innovation ecosystem will further promote to build the “World-class Innovation Great Bay Area” with fully-flowing innovation elements, highly-agminated modern industries, fully-improved ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship and actively-opened global cooperation. |
