| Researchfish是英国最大的第三方科研成果数据收集与绩效评价平台，其承担了英国研究与创新署等众多主流项目资助机构所资助项目的科研产出数据汇总工作，并发展为面向研究人员、资助机构、大学和研究院所等多方提供绩效评价服务的综合平台。研究其科研绩效评价的特点，对我国的科技评价体系改革有一定的借鉴意义。本文分析了Researchfish的数据采集与利用方式，及其如何利用数据进行绩效评估，并在此基础上就我国科技评价体系改革提出了相关建议。 |

| Researchfish is the biggest system to collect outcomes of grants and evaluate their impact in UK. It manages the analysis and collection of information for grants sponsored by the most famous sponsors including the UKRI and becomes the integrated platform which serves researchers, sponsors, universities and institutes. Studying on the features of impact evaluation in UK can provide experiences for research evaluation in China. This paper analyses the method of information collection and utilization, the features of impact evaluation etc. On the basis of analysis, this paper tries to give suggestions for research evaluation in China. |
