      本文利用Innography专利数据库及Web of Science论文数据库检索系统,对我国石墨烯技术进行专利布局和论文统计分析,深入研究了我国石墨烯领域的基础研究和应用研究情况。研究表明:我国石墨烯技术当前处于快速成长阶段,主要技术领域集中于石墨烯及其化合物的制备、石墨烯电池及石墨烯半导体器件等方面,技术创新主体以科研院所和大学为主导,企业研发能力有待提升。我国在石墨烯领域的专利布局以国内为主体,专利质量不高,整体实力偏弱,高影响力学术论文占比也不高,应加强石墨烯专利海外布局,加大资金投入力度和研发力度,使我国石墨烯技术向产业化方向快速发展。
英文摘要:
      Based on the Innography patent database and SCI paper database retrieval system, the patent layout and paper statistics of graphene technology in China were analyzed, then the basic research and application research of graphene technology in China were studied in depth. The research shows that the graphene technology in China is currently in a rapid growth stage, and the main technical fields are focused on the preparation of graphene and its compounds, graphene batteries and graphene semiconductor devices, etc. The main technological innovation subjects are scientific research institutes and universities, and the research and development (R&D) capacity of enterprises needs to be improved. The patent layout of graphene technology in China is mainly domestic. With low patent quality, weak overall strength and low proportion of high impact academic papers, it is necessary to strengthen the overseas layout of graphene patents, intensify capital investment and R&D, so as to make China’s graphene technology develop rapidly in the direction of industrialization.
