| 从项目规划、经费支持、基础支撑能力建设以及监测评价等不同角度，对近10年来英国在推动公众参与大学科研工作中所处的国际与国内宏观政策环境以及执行层面的具体行动进行了深入剖析。在此基础上，提出了我国在开展相关工作时应当创建公众参与大学科研工作系统，强化对公众参与大学科研工作的认识，进行系统化的国家政策体系设计，采取渐进模式推进政策实施，以及对效果进行及时评估。 |

| This paper analyzes the comprehensive and specialized policies, instruments, and institutions taken by the UK in promoting public engagement in university research in the past decade, covering project planning, financial support, basic support capacity building, monitoring and evaluation. Based on the above discussion, five suggestions for conducting similar work in China are proposed, including establishing a national system of engaging the public with university research, strengthening the understanding of public engagement in university research, designing a systematic national policy system, adopting a stepwise policy approach in implementation, and monitoring the effectiveness in time. |
