| 韩国作为APEC创始成员经济体之一，在APEC机制建立和发展过程中发挥了重要作用。本文通过梳理APEC相关文献并结合工作实践，针对韩国参与APEC科技创新合作情况进行了系统分析研究。本文梳理了韩国参与APEC的背景、战略目标及参与APEC科技创新合作的基本情况；归纳了韩国在参与APEC科技创新合作中的特点，其中包括注重发挥执行管理机构作用、利用APEC中心带动专业领域务实合作、重视基础研究领域合作并提供充足经费保障和聚焦青年科技人才等；并从引导专业机构参与、发挥APEC中心辐射作用和加大专项经费投入力度三个方面提出了对中方参与APEC等多边机制科技创新合作的启示。 |

| As one of the founding members, Korea has played an important role in the establishment and development of APEC. This paper introduces the background and strategic objectives of Korea’s participation in APEC, analyzes the overview of Korea’s participation in APEC STI cooperation, summarizes the main characteristics of Korea’s participation in APEC STI cooperation, and proposes some inspirations for China’s participation in APEC STI cooperation from three aspects: guiding professional institutions to participate, making APEC center the regional innovation hub and increasing investment. |
