| 本文介绍了2015年以来英国新型研发机构建设的背景和整体发展状况，剖析了英国6家国家级新型研发机构的创建主体、机构身份、组织形态、治理架构以及业务运行。在此基础上，讨论了近期英国新型研发机构在建设宗旨、建设方向、建设步伐、建设组织以及建设模式方面表现出来的一些特征，并提出了我国新型研发机构建设中需要思考的关注点。 |

| This paper introduces the background and overall development of new R&D institutions in the UK since 2015, and deeply analyzes the founders, institutional identity, organizational form, governance and operation of six national R&D institutions in the UK. On this basis, this paper discusses new characteristics implied in these institutions’ vision, priority selection, pace of development, organizational framework and operational pattern, and puts forward the concerns in the development of new R&D institutions in China. |
