| The monitoring and evaluation of scientific competitiveness of enterprises have increasingly become hotspot in science and technology administration, enterprise circles, and academic circles. This article carries out deep research on this issue. It mainly includes: the importance of monitoring and evaluation on scientific competitiveness of enterprises, setting up the system of monitoring and evaluation on scientific competitiveness of enterprises, the concept and constituents of scientific competitiveness of enterprises, and the principles and methods of evaluating scientific competitiveness of enterprises, etc. |
