| This paper systematically introduces the current status of the Big Data technology and its application in the United States, and combs the policies and measures of the Obama Administration to develop the Big Data technology, especially the big data research and development initiative and the open data policy. The policy debate on the privacy and security issues of the Big Data is also studied, with the hope of shedding lights on the Big Data policy establishment in China. |
