| Being a member of BRICS and a developing country, South Africa pays close attention to training, utilizing and attracting of Science and Technology (S&T) talent resources, and its relevant practice and policies are quotable. This paper introduces related strategies and policies, development & ultilization and international cooperation of South Africa S&T talent, and puts forward policy recommendations. |
