| 欧盟从开发利用清洁能源和降低温室气体排放等角度出发，积极推动太阳能路面的技术研发和实际应用。目前，全球第一条太阳能自行车道和太阳能公路都在欧盟成员国内建成开通，为其他国家和地区开展类似实践提供了重要的参考。本文在分析欧盟率先开发太阳能路面的基础上，对当前全球相关研发进展做了总体剖析，提出了我国开展有关研发的若干建议。 |

| The EU is actively promoting the research and construction of solar road to push forward the development and utilizing of clean energy, as well as the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. Recently, the world’s first solar bike lane and solar road have been built separately in Netherlands and France, which both are EU Member-states. Based on the analysis of the EU’s practice on development of solar roads, this paper makes an overall analysis of the global related research and development, and puts forward some suggestions to China. |
