| 本文梳理并分析了近年来国外知名媒体、智库对中国科技创新的反映与评价，发现多数媒体和智库认为中国科技创新飞速发展，在多个创新领域超越西方，正逐渐成为全球创新的引领者和规则的制定者；也有少数媒体和智库认为中国在创新质量和创新效率上还有待提高，创新环境有待改善。本文认为，对于国外的称赞与批评，我们要保持清醒的头脑，继续坚持和发展优势，采取措施克服劣势和不足，坚定不移地走创新驱动发展之路，争取早日进入创新型国家的行列。 |

| In recent years, the rapid development of China’s S&T innovation has attracted worldwide attention. Some well-known foreign media, think tanks and experts have issued a statement that China is surpassing the West in multiple innovation fields, and is becoming the leader of global innovation and the game rule maker. At the same time, some scholars and think tanks have pointed out the problems and shortcomings of China in the development of innovation. This paper reviews and analysis these viewpoints, and points out that it is an indisputable fact that China has made great progress in S&T innovation, but there are also problems and challenges. We should keep a sober mind to eliminate all interference, implement the innovation-driven strategy firmly, and move forward on track to become one of the world’s most innovative countries. |
