| 进入 21世纪以来，在政府的大力推动下，以《中华人民共和国科学技术普及法》颁布为契机，以提高全民科学素质为目标，我国科普事业取得了长足的发展，成就令人瞩目。然而，与创新驱动发展的国家战略需要相比，处于快速上升期的我国科普事业仍面临着转变发展理念与发展模式及能力建
设、经费筹集和体制机制保障等多方面的问题和挑战。研究解决这些难点问题，是科普事业再上一个台阶逐步形成一个相对完善的、有中国特色的国家科普体系的必然要求。 |

| In the past 10 years, under the government’s policy push, taking an opportunity of the release of science popularization act which is aimed to promote the public attainment in science, China has made a rapid progress in science popularization. However, China is facing many significant problems and challenges, such as transformation of its development concepts and modes, capability building, fund raising, and reforms on its management system and operational mechanisms related to science popularization. Solving these problems is a must for pushing the country’s science popularization ahead, especially when the country is carrying out innovation-driven development strategy. |
