| 为了解中国PCT国际专利的质量，本文对其申请后的状况进行定量分析，就其专利类型、进入国家/地区数量、授权率、专利有效期和三方专利等指标进行研究。结果发现，中国PCT国际专利的申请数量目前已居世界第二位，但有将近一半的专利不需要申请；进入4个及以上国家申请授权的中国PCT专利占比不到20%；获得中国以外国家/地区授权的中国PCT专利比例较低；专利的有效期较长；其中具有较高价值的三方专利比例很低。在此基础上，提出目前中国PCT专利申请所存在的问题及相应的政策建议。 |

| Quantitative analysis on post-process of China's patent applications under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) is developed in order to know more about the quality of China’s PCT international applications. Indicators like types of patent, number of countries PCT applications entered, patent grant rate, duration of patent right and triadic patent families are studied in this paper. It is found that almost half of the China's PCT international applications are dispensable though the number has ranked second in the world; less than 20% have entered the national phase in or above four countries; the proportion of China's PCT applications granted by foreign patent offices outside China is not high; duration of patent right of PCT application is longer than that of domestic application; and the proportion of triadic patent families which are regarded as patents with high value is low. Existing problems and policy suggestions are put forward on the bases of results above. |
